Kathi knows that efficient movement comes from being in communication with your own body. Her Masters in Movement Analysis allows her to see movement of the body as a musician would listen to music. Kathi shares this knowledge with each of her clients in a way that is unique to each one in order to help find connection deeply with their bodies. Her classes are part self-awareness, anatomy, coordination, strength and so much more. Kathi has studied throughout New York, California, Ontario, British Columbia and Switzerland and is influenced by Pilates, Yoga, Bartenieff Fundamentals, Chakra Healing, Therapeutic Touch, Thai Yoga Massage, Whirling, Integrated Movement Therapies, Shamanic Studies and music.

Laurie brings life long learning through her 36 years of teaching & personal experiences. By connecting with teachers of Reiki, Reflexology & Thai Yoga Massage to assist with healing her
personal health, she has learned how to fuse these teachings into her group Yoga classes in our modern fast-paced world. Incorporating a wonderful blend of Eastern modalities in our modern Western world helps bring about good health, steady
minds & calm spirits. Laurie brings teachings from each of the ancient modalities to fuse them with the values of our own community. Using music as a platform to shift emotions, her sincere, open-hearted practices speckled with humour and perhaps some heated river stones help create safe, energy-shifting, rejuvenating practices.
Entering into the competitive dance world at a young age, Heather learned to appreciate her body. Immersing herself in her parents encyclopedia collections and through the study of literature, she learned to appreciate her mind. Finding yoga 14 years ago taught her how to nourish and connect both at the same time.
Having completed her YTT 200hr in 2017, Heather aims to share her current knowledge while continuing to study so she always has more to share. When away from her mat, she enjoys working with crystals, writing and playing outside.
Meghan’s passion for healing modalities such as Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Tensegrity was naturally developed from her numerous years of being engaged in the art of Dance and performing. For over 20 years, she has been learning various forms of dancing, movement and their technicalities. She studied ballet, pointe, jazz, acrobatics, tap, modern, hip hop, contemporary, latin, Celtic and more. Through this art of flow, she cultivated discipline, grace, structure, human anatomy and physiology, sequencing, musicality, teaching methodologies and the power of movement and stillness.
Meghan puts great attention in creating and holding a beautiful, serene and transformational space to help guide her students. Through her teachings, she places a strong focus on the aspects of anatomy and physiology to help her students journey through the depths of self awareness and self discovery of the mind and body. Along with the physical aspects of movement, she also enjoys integrating her teachings with self-love, self-nurture and self-empowering healing approaches, as well as with the spiritual and metaphysical understandings that are tied in with these practices.
Ayrlie is a dancer, a yogini, an artist facilitator and an expressive arts therapist. She teaches weekly dance & yoga classes in rural communities. For 19 years, Ayrlie has been facilitating creativity-based experiences for all ages - in schools, on weekend retreats, in day-long workshops, camps and classes.

Having studied dance and music for 25 years, it is no surprise that Colin now teaches in these disciplines. He also is a Certified Level 3 instructor in Essentrics® - a dynamic movement program that rebalances all 650+ muscles, realigns the body’s fascia, and encourages a mind-body connection. Alongside teaching Essentrics®, he teaches ballet, choreography, and conditioning at Fleet-Wood Dancentre; maintains a private piano studio; and is active as an accompanist for Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, The Little Treble Makers and Community Children’s Choir of Midland, and is the official school accompanist for the Midland Music Festival. Rufus is a multi-lingual drum circle facilitator and a multi-instrumental percussionist. He loves bringing the joy of recreational music making, and the healing power of drums, to a large variety of groups, and people of all ages and abilities.
Rufus passionately believes that everyone has rhythm, and people in his workshops learn that hand drumming is easy and so much fun to learn in a group setting. Together they experience how they can create something greater than they could do on their own, by supporting and encouraging each other, and really listening to each other as they co-create music, and community. Brad has been teaching and studying in multiple classrooms, retreats and workshops worldwide for over 6 years. His father introduced yoga and meditation at the young age of 9; Brad practiced its techniques and philosophies leisurely until the age of 17 when a severe knee injury led to a dedicated daily practice as a means for recovery. Brad had never felt better physically, mentally or spiritually and knew then that he had to share what he had discovered with others. Brad’s teachings are infused with passion, humour, wisdom, grace, peace and tranquility.
When Sarah left her career as a Behavioural Therapist she didn't realize that she was embarking on path to self awareness, enlightenment, and peace.
She has since travelled extensively studying Mindfulness, Meditation, Reiki, and Intuitive Medicine, ultimately rooting herself and her family in Collingwood. Trained as a Reiki Master, Certified Meditation and Massage Practitioner, she would like to offer you and your child the space to learn the basics of, and practice meditation and mindfulness. As a active mother, and a behaviour therapist, she has experienced first hand the benefits of introducing meditation into a household, and the daily impact it has on the live of both kids and parents.
